📌 Grace Period & Cancellation Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive late, or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
